For the production of castings we use various types of model equipment:

1) classic wooden pattern for mass production
2) lightweight wooden pattern for small series production, where the cost is above all
3) polystyrene pattern for prototype production – our recommendation
4) steel and aluminum alloy models for special casting (V-process etc.)

grade 4-5 according to ČSN 014470 or GTB 17-20 according to DIN 1683

Heat treatment of castings:

1) annealing to eliminate internal stress
2) normalization annealing
3) quenching and tempering

Machining of castings:

1) Roughing with finishing allowance at customer’s site
2) final machining according to drawings

Tests before delivery of castings:

1) chemical analysis
2) mechanical tests
3) dimensional protocol
4) ultrasonic, capillary or magnetic surface test as required
